Thank you for shopping at smokehbearsden.com! All products are printed and fulfilled on-demand through our partner Printify. Because every item is custom-made, please allow extra time for production and shipping.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders enter production within 24 hours of placement.

Production time: Typically 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Some products (e.g., embroidered or specialty items) may take longer.

We will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Note: Production times can increase during peak seasons (holidays, sales events). We do our best to keep you updated.

2. Shipping Times; Estimates

After production, shipping times depend on the method and destination:

Total delivery time (production + shipping): Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–14 business days. International orders may take 2–4 weeks.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, or high volume.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and selected shipping method.

We use Printify’s real shipping rates (or flat rates published to Shopify).

4. International Orders

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and VAT/GST. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.

5. Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

For damaged items during shipping, refer to our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Address Changes; Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after the order enters production.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
